what is the alpine challenge?

Now in it’s 16th year, The Alpine Challenge is the premier personal achievement and charity fundraising event in the French Alps. Participants have the opportunity to take part in the running of “L’Agneau”  (14 km) and “Le Belier” (27 km) in the picturesque surroundings of La Clusaz. Those looking for the ultimate challenge also have the opportunity to participate in “Le Trail” (42 km). For more information on any of the above, feel free to contact us.

Friday 25th August 2017

  • Morning – flight from Heathrow to Geneva and transfer to La Clusaz
  • Afternoon and evening at leisure

Saturday 26th August 2017

  • Morning – Le Belier and L’Agneau to 27km and 13km run
  • Afternoon and evening at Leisure

Sunday 27th August 2017

  • Morning – Le Belier and L’Agneau to 24km and 13km walk
  • Afternoon at leisure
  • Evening – Prize giving

Monday 28th August 2017

  • Morning – transfers from La Clusaz to Geneva Airport and flights to Heathrow

how fit do i need to be?

The Alpine Challenge is open to all levels of fitness. Whatever it means to you, personal achievement is at the forefront of the challenge, so run, hike, walk or crawl round the route that most suits you!

 

Upgrades & Fundraising


Upgrades on flights and accommodation are available upon request, including private chalets and five star hotel options.

For those participating in aid of a charity, all funds raised over and above the £695 will go directly to the charity of your choice. Company matched fundraising is also invited.
